Waivers for Climbing, trampoline & adventure parks

A busy Saturday can mean hundreds of waivers before lunch, from birthday parties to walk-ins to school groups, and a paper clipboard becomes the bottleneck at your front door. Superwaiver is built for that volume: a QR code on a sign or table tent lets visitors sign from their own phone before they ever reach your counter.

Built for the paperwork climbing, trampoline, and adventure parks run on

Whether it's liability waivers, group & birthday party waivers, and minor participant consent forms, Superwaiver keeps every one of them signed, stored, and easy to find.

Built for groups

Repeater fields let one adult sign on behalf of an entire birthday party or school group in one pass.

QR code check-in

Print a QR code once and visitors sign from their own phone in line: no shared tablet, no bottleneck.

Adults vs. minors, handled automatically

Conditional logic shows parent/guardian fields only when a participant is marked as a minor.
